Fortune AI Trader is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides cryptocurrency market analytics, backtesting tools, and optional automated trading features. The Service is offered on a subscription basis (e.g. Standard, Pro). We do not provide investment advice, and the Service is for informational and analytical use only.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Subscription fees are billed in advance (monthly or as chosen). Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Paddle, Binance Pay). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Prices and plans may change with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts, or abuse the platform (e.g. scraping, reverse engineering beyond permitted use). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
If you connect exchange API keys (e.g. Binance), you do so at your own risk. We store and use keys only as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for losses due to key misuse, exchange issues, or third-party actions.
The Service, including software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Fortune AI Trader or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortune AI Trader and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or notice in the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fortune AI Trader operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited.
