1. Overview

Fortune AI Trader offers subscription plans (e.g. Standard, Pro) billed in advance. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund. By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Free trial: If you are within a free trial period and cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. No refund is needed.

Paid subscription (first 7 days): If you have not previously received a refund from us, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first payment. After we confirm the request and that you meet the conditions, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Access may be revoked upon refund.

After 7 days or renewal: Refunds are generally not offered for subscription periods that have already started or renewed, except where required by law (e.g. consumer rights in your jurisdiction) or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure preventing use of the Service).

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us using the contact details on the Platform or the email address in the footer. Include your account email and the transaction or subscription reference. We will respond within a reasonable time (typically within 5 business days) and, if approved, process the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase where possible.

4. Payment Provider Refunds

Payments are processed by third parties (e.g. Paddle for card payments, Binance Pay for crypto). Refunds may be subject to their policies and processing times. Chargebacks or disputes should be directed to the payment provider; we will cooperate with them to resolve issues.

5. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period; refunds for that period are governed by Section 2 above.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy for new transactions.
